Visible Learning

At Ka'imiloa Elementary School, we are changing what teaching and learning looks, sounds and feels like. Based on John Hattie's research identifying what works best for students also works best for teachers, we have created a model around visible teaching and visible learning for all our students.

We believe an intentional development of soft skills or visible learning dispositions is leverage needed for students to be successful in school, career, and life.

At Ka'imiloa, we understand that our mindframes need to change in order to help our students. Here are the 10 Mindframes that we hold dear to our hearts at Ka'imiloa Elementary.
